La justice est une nécessité pour tous, et de ce fait, doit être assurée pour tous. Seulement, nous sommes sans ignorer que la justice est très coûteuse; et son accès impossible aux plus démunis; d’où la nécessité des initiatives telles que W.C.I.C.  

Toutefois W.C.I.C. a axé sa mission sur une cible bien déterminée: les femmes en général et particulièrement les femmes démunies.

Ce choix a été motivé par le constat selon lequel la pauvreté se féminisait de plus en plus au Cameroun  ces dernières décennies.
